Returns

We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery. 

If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@yizonjewellery.com detailing the reason for your return and wait for the approval from YIZON JEWELLERY.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide free returns, meaning that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Any return exceeding the 14 day deadline may not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Exceptions

Please note that all pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

We do not offer returns for customised or sales items.  

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the substitute item. 

 

Refunds

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item(s). The refund will be issued to the original method of your payment unless agreed otherwise.
